今年の秋刀魚はほんとサイズも脂の乗りも
最高ですね。
9月末までのメニュー予定ですが、
もう少し続けようと思っています。
本日もたっぷり仕入れましたので、
この連休

This year's saury is truly the best in terms of both size and fat content.
It will be on the menu until the end of September,
but we plan to continue serving it for a little while longer.
